We are looking for experienced contract recruiters

to join our team to be on-site with our clients or in some cases off-site. As a Contract Recruiter you will:

• Locate, recruit, and on board candidates for our client at their location.
• Drive the recruiting quality improvement process.
• Consistently source and deliver candidates with difficult/critical skill sets.
• Source, contact, interview, prepare resumes and check references for interested, qualified candidates by following our client's recruiting policies and procedures.
• Facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates by working closely with the client hiring managers.
• Ensure that all recruiting is conducted within legal parameters.
• Interact with candidates on all issues until hired.
• Gather candidate background information, enter into database, and maintain database.
• Promote and maintain a positive image for WorldConcert and our client.
• Initiate personal growth by understanding market trends and emerging technologies.
• Implement internal recruitment program as well as an employee referral program.
• Perform duties in conjunction with the Business Model and contributes to quality and continuous improvement initiatives
• This position will be on a contract basis.

Hiring Requirements/Preferences:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Three-to-five years of recruiting experience with a minimum of two years experience in the staffing industry preferred.
• Knowledge of industry and high-end skill sets.
• Demonstrated understanding of recruiting and sales processes.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead by example.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated computer skills.
