Jack Downing

Jack Downing has earned his reputation as one of the top recruiters in the industry with over 500 placements worldwide. A founding member of WorldBridge Partners, Jack opened his Chicago office in 1997, where he gained an in-depth understanding of the unique requirements of Recruitment Process Outsourcing.

Convinced that the most effective RPO requires an entirely specialized approach, he created WorldConcert to fulfill that vision and incorporates his highly personalized strategies for dynamic recruiting.

Jack earned his BA from Loras College and his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He is a founding member of the Illinois Venture Capital Association and serves on the Boards of the Staffing Management Association of Greater Chicago, KC Clean Technology Hedge Fund, R3 Biofuels and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Judy Walcott

WorldConcert operates at peak efficiency thanks to Judy Walcott. In addition to specializing in the design and implementation of recruitment processes, Judy manages project time frames for all outsourcing initiatives.

Combining clear-minded goals with a thorough grasp of detail, Ms. Walcott is credited with implementing and managing the impressive engagement of 900 new hires for a single WorldConcert client in one year.

Prior to joining WorldConcert, Judy managed the Global Account operations for MRINetwork and was responsible for several of the company’s largest pharmaceutical projects. Judy received her B.A. from Wittenberg University.

Tino Langner

Tino Langner offers exceptional expertise in the rapidly evolving field of recruiting technologies. In addition to implementing advanced technological strategies for RPO projects involving 1,000’s of new hires, he is equally skilled at adapting digital-age tools to identify a select number of remarkable candidates.

With standard hiring procedures rapidly becoming obsolete, Tino’s experience in advanced recruiting technologies gives WorldConcert a decided advantage over recruiters using conventional methodologies.

Prior to joining WorldConcert, Mr. Langner was in charge of technology and business development for MRINetwork, the largest executive search firm in the world.

Chris Coulter

Chris Coulter is one of those rare individuals who combines a facility for complex database management with proven customer relationship skills.

In his most recent position at Management Recruiters International, Chris was the Manager of Technology Training, responsible for providing database training and technical support to over 1,000 franchise offices nationwide. Prior to that, he held management positions in various services industries where he established his trademark talent for customer satisfaction.

It is his unique ability to analyze WorldConcert clients’ diverse staffing needs and then design customized RPO technologies to serve them that makes Mr. Coulter a leader in the RPO field.

Jim Halling

Jim Halling is the founder and President of Workforce Insights, an advisory services group that supports organizations in developing and strengthening capabilities on the topics of workforce strategy, management and measurement. Jim advises senior business leaders on topics including: linkage between business strategy and workforce strategy, workforce planning and design, measuring and reporting the ROI on workforce activities, merger integration, developing / executing effective recruitment strategies and contingent workforce strategy. He combines unique perspectives on leveraging the use of workforce data with his broad business experience to assist clients in identifying and implementing opportunities to improve workforce efficiency and effectiveness.

Daniel Jimenez

Daniel is a Project Manager in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing industry (RPO), handling multiple accounts and executing them according to client needs. After graduating from the University of Wyoming, he started working with WorldConcert. He has two years of experience as a project coordinator for fellow recruiters. Ample PCRecruiter experience directed towards Recruitement Process Outsourcing (RPO) projects, where hundreds of candidates need to be placed in the short term.

Laura Jimenez

Laura Jimenez obtained her bachelors degree in hospitality management from Florida International University in 2007.After an extensive AE jumpstart training by MRI Corporate, she started working as a project coordinator acquiring extensive experience and training in this area. After joining WorldConcert´s RPO division a year ago, she has been responsible for working with high profile projects and dealing with extensive research and talent acquisition for different companies and recruiters.



Fernando Bonilla

As a graduate of the Fidelitas University Costa Rica, Fernando has a BA in Systems Engineering. Prior to starting at WorldBridge Partners Chicago in 2008, he worked as a Server Engineer for Hewlett-Packard Costa Rica. As a Project Coordinator with Worldbridge Fernando has been responsible for working with high profile RPO projects dealing with research, screening and background checking for companies like Fairpoint Communications.



Sussan Cordero

Senior Recruiter with over 3 years experience. Very familiar with social networking tools, USA and Latin America Job boards and Boolean search. Have recruited operational and administrative staff, C-level position.
Knowledge and proven success within finding the best talent in IT, HealthCare, Financial industries, among others.
Have developed and implemented induction and training annual plans for HR department.
Cursing a Master Degree in Organizational Psychology.

Andres Flores

Started as a Customer service representative and part of the Home Retention Team at Countrywide Home Loans/Bank of America. Then moved to a new position at Amazon.com as a Technical Support representative for Kindle devices and Co-leader of the Long Term Performance Development Project.
7 months experience as Technical Recruiter at Arcus, Sourced, screened, and qualified potential candidates to the various job openings our clients had. Qualified high management position candidates for high profile projects or permanent positions such as Project Managers, DBA´s, Financial specialists, etc. Also qualified candidates for Negotiated rates directly with candidates and the companies holding their work permit (H1B Visa). Prepared and formatted resumes, qualification forms, and cover letters for the final clients.
